Review

Cpap-Shack is a website selling the latest medical equipment related to respiratory care, diagnosis, home medical products etc. The website uses an OS Commerce script as its backend and allows the customers to create an account before purchasing any equipment on the website. The products are well arranged in different categories making it easy for the users to differentiate between general -purpose & advanced equipment. The links provide generic as well as specific product-related information to its customers.

This website uses Verisign as its payment gateway and also boasts a Hacker-Proof feature (This gives the customer an added sense of security when performing online transactions). Sitepal has also been integrated, which is a flash animated character giving an introduction of the website to its users (It's a paid feature that can be bought and integrated with your website). The shopping cart is a robust one and does not let the customers sway from what they should be doing. All the contact information has been provided in the header itself which is a convenience for the customers. Please note that any customer purchasing goods over $100 is eligible for a free shipping.

OS Commerce has been tightly integrated and the graphics used are ideal for a website selling medical products. The header on the top of the website could use a little work ( Should be a high-quality image) but I guess its made that way to keep the loading times smaller. The logo fits into the theme perfectly giving it the branding it needs.

On a ranking perspective, the website ranks well on Google.com and is likely to get a higher rank in the next update. Based on the increasing traffic, the Alexa rank should also show a rising graph in the future. The site has good number of backlinks but link-building is a continous process and must continue as long as the site exists.

In a nutshell, this is a niche website catering to a special class of people and should do well in future.

A short & sweet forum to support Cpap-Shack with a unique and good-looking color combination which leaves a lasting impression. This is the first time I have seen this color combination on any forum and it actually looks good !! The best thing is the blending of the Google Ads in the header which almost makes u click on them. The forum contains three main categories : Sleep forum (to discuss on sleeping disorders), CPAP Equipment forum (to discuss about CPAP medical equipment), and Sleep terms forum (contains a collection of sleep related terms).

The forum uses a customized PHPBB forum script readily available for free use on the Internet and sports an impressive logo too. There are currently 135 registered users on the forums and a total of 466 articles have been posted by the users. I would certainly like to make a remark that you can find a lot of information here about sleeping disorders. More categories should be added to the forums so that users can have a variety of things to talk about.

The forums are new and still have a lot of scope for good search engine submissions along with some serious link-building excercise. Emphasis should be given on increasing your user database as only a large community can make a forum successful. You can try putting some kind of revenue sharing technique for your forums where users can share adsense or YPN revenue by putting their custom code.

The forum is good-looking and has some good articles on Sleep disorders.

Comments : This is a games website providing free games downloads made in the .NET framework. The website is simple and has a basic layout but it does what its meant to do. The markup passes validation and this is a plus point. There are not many backlinks to the website.

Review

Our life XP stands for "Our Experience in Life" and I would consider it a well thought title for a weblog that updates people about the daily happenings in our lives. This is a Wordpress based blog containing information from current affairs to technology news and using a customized template "Minim8 theme" by Phu Ly. It has quite some interesting articles & news which hold your interest and makes you want to read all of them. All the topics are well categorized and put under different sub-headings. The Blog provides its users with a RSS feed to keep track of all the latest posts, which is a popular feature in most of the weblogs today.

A Flash games section and a Yoga section are also included in the weblog for the user's enjoyment, which I would call a plus point. There is a Search utility to look for topics in the blog and I also noticed that this blog is being linked from a lot of other blogs on the internet.(Good for getting backlinks and traffic). The Blog seems to be in existence from July 2005 which is almost a period of 10 months and can be considered as a fairly new blog.

Graphically, the blog theme is pretty and simplistic in detail. The font size is readable and crisp enough. The various advertisements on the right column seem to be dumped in one place and they can be arranged for better graphical appeal. The google ads placement is clever and should be earning for the webmaster. Since the weblog does not have many images or flash components, the loading time is less. Overall, the weblog appears smooth on both IE an Firefox.

If we look at the popularity of the blog, it seems to be doing well in that area too. It has an average google rank of 4 which should increase by the next google update. The Alexa rankings do not seem to be so good, but should improve over time. Getting more backlinks should be the prime aim in order to get good search engine rankings.

Concludingly, Our Life XP is a nice place to be and to spend your free time entertaining yourself.

How to have fun is the real theme of ITSALL3. The website is a good source for all your funny videos, mobile phone themes, flash arcade games, wallpapers, phone videos. I would certainly recommend this website to anyone who wants to enjoy his free hours with a relaxed mind and have loads of fun. It also sports its own forums where users can interact and express opinions about the website itself. The phone videos are available to download directly to your handsets in .3gp format. All the content on the site is categorized for easy interfacing and some of the pictures that I saw were just too funny. The attractive part of the website is that you can submit your own files and they will be hosted on the website for free. All you have to do is create an account for yourself, login and start posting. The same login/password would also work on the forums which is an added advantage. All the posts are moderated by the website administrator and only after their approval, are they posted on the website. The website uses PHP/Mysql for the backend programming which is fast and popular nowadays.

If we look at the website's graphics, they are simplistic and fast on most the browsers. The top banner /logo is good looking and has been done in Flash (Loading time is less due to small size, which is great!). I would personally recommend a lighter color theme instead of grey but this also works. I will also avoid using frames / iframes for the website structuring but I guess its a personal choice.

This is a fairly new website, thus, there are no rankings yet. I have been told by the webmaster that promotions/ advertisement are on the way so the site would soon be popular. Linking from other such arcades, and fun sites would be a certain way to get good traffic. Getting index on google is also very important as it can draw lot of visitors to the website. Variety in content also plays a vital role in your success.

On the whole, the website should do well and good luck once again!
